Oenocosmos Wine & Spirits Fairs 2025 in Athens & Thessaloniki!
On Monday, January 26, at Technopolis City of Athens, in the Machine Shop venue, Greek and international representatives from 27 estates presented their labels, offering visitors a meaningful tasting experience and direct contact with the creators behind the wines.
Discussions centered on expertise and experience in the wine sector added depth to the event, creating a dynamic environment for knowledge exchange between professionals and wine enthusiasts.
The spirits section also held a special place in the Athens event. Curated by Jazz In Jazz under the theme “Classic Cocktails, Reimagined,” it showcased creative interpretations of timeless cocktails.
On Tuesday, January 27, the journey continued in Thessaloniki at the Makedonia Palace Hotel, where the 3rd Oenocosmos Wine & Spirits Fair confirmed the growing strength of the institution, impressing attendees with its organization and the diversity of wines and spirits presented.
In Thessaloniki, the spirits segment was led by Spirits Brand Manager Antonis Kornaros in collaboration with ALCHEMIΣΤΣ, presenting the concept “An Alchemical Approach to Classic Cocktails,” offering a more experimental and creative take on classic cocktails.
Sponsors also played a key role in shaping the overall experience of both events, contributing substantially to a comprehensive hospitality and tasting proposition. Wines and spirits were complemented by selected premium products that enhanced the sensory experience and further highlighted the character of the exhibitions.
Specifically, visitors had the opportunity to taste products from Evlogia (chutney), Stefos (bottarga), Bliss (cheeses), and Maisond’Olives (olive pâté), while Nestlé Waters supported the events with its premium waters Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino, ensuring a high level of hospitality throughout.
Both events recorded excellent attendance and strong interest, confirming the growing appeal of the Oenocosmos Wine & Spirits Fair and its established presence on the wine events map.
